July 15, 2012, 2-7pm: The Rick Epting Foundation for the Arts (REFA) is putting on a Summer Music event this year at The Heart of Anacortes featuring the Anacortes based Savage Jazz Band and Whatcom County based band Sabrina y los Reyes who plays latin/afro-cuban and original music. Local Puerto Rican percussionist Oscar De La Rosa will be performing with both groups.

This year’s fund raising event will also have a silent auction to help raise funds for the organizations grant program which provides artists and arts organizations in Skagit Valley with financial support.

Suggested donation $10, also Silent Auction.
